PRP Therapy: Hair loss treatment
Beat hair loss and thinning with Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy.
Our very own blood plasma (the part of the blood which excludes the red blood cells themselves) contains active growth factors which promote hair growth. PRP treatment has proved highly successful for promoting healing and growth for different areas of the body (historically for joint-related sports injuries) and is becoming more and more popular for hair growth stimulation, due to the hugely impressive results clients have had with this treatment worldwide to date.
The treatment uses your own biological blood and blood cells and the growth factors contained within, and is also therefore a very organic and natural procedure.
Advantages of PRP Therapy:
• It is a simple, non surgical procedure
• Short procedure lasting approximately 60 minutes
• Safe and reliable results
• Very quick recovery period
• Beautiful and above all extremely natural looking end results
How is the treatment done?
Firstly we collect a sample of your blood. A highly advanced centrifuge machine is then used to spin the blood down to separate the red blood cells from the PRP concentrate. This is then collected and prepared ready to inject into the areas requiring treatment.
Centrifuge machines are of different qualities and speeds, due to different functions and requirements, and the machine that we use is of the highest standard and tailor-made for cutting-edge PRP treatment. It uses the optimal number of spinning cycles to ensure that the PRP collected is of the highest quality.
With a thin needle, your own Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) is then injected into the scalp. The growth factors in your blood cells then do their job and hair growth is naturally stimulated.
PRP Hair Restoration is suitable for both men and women. It is a state of the art, non surgical, totally natural, alternative medical procedure used for the treatment of hair loss or hair thinning. It is an injectable treatment which uses the patient’s own blood.
Helping to restore one’s confidence, the end result is a fuller, healthier looking head of hair.
The cost of PRP hair treatment done in a high-quality way is obviously not cheap, but use of the highest-end machinery, skilful injection techniques, and high quality single-use equipment (used individually and bespoke for each client) is essential, so please be reassured that ‘you are getting the quality that you are paying for’.

Frequently asked questions about PRP hair treatment
Does it hurt?
PRP treatment is well tolerated, and we have not yet had one client that did not return for further treatments due to discomfort.
How many treatments will I need?
The number of treatments required can vary depending on the severity of the hair loss or thinning, but we would normally recommend a minimum of four treatments to allow your hair a good opportunity to thrive. We would reassess you at this point and then recommend further treatment only if required.
The treatment programme consists of 4 treatments, spaced 4-6 weeks apart.
When will I see results?
We would not normally advise you to judge the results until you have had your fourth treatment, as each treatment has a cumulative effect on top of previous treatments.
You should find a difference in two ways at this point:
Less hair loss and breakage
Thicker hair growth
We are confident you will not be disappointed!
